All cars are automatic and this is ideal for serpentine roads, especially when a girl is driving. He sent a video of the cars and we chose our girl. There was a lot of luggage (5 suitcases), but it all fit perfectly into the trunk. We drove from Macedonia to Albania. Our arrival time in Albania changed several times and in the end we crossed the border at 6 am, sleepy and confused. At first we planned to rent a car in Macedonia and drive to Albania. But our plans failed and we had to cross the border by taxi. Genti offered to hand over the car to us at the border so that it would be convenient for us to continue our journey without wasting time and without stopping in Tirana. Our joy knew no bounds when we saw Genti with a car waiting for us at the border early in the morning. He arrived much earlier so that we would not freeze. He treated us to coffee. Kind, positive and sympathetic person!!! He was in touch throughout our entire trip and could resolve any issue. The car is in excellent condition, even in the rain it behaved well on the road. Our flight was late at 3 am, but Genti took us to the airport, where he resolved issues with our PCR tests. It seems there are no issues that he could not solve! One person replaces an entire travel agency! Albania should definitely give him a medal for developing tourism, creating a friendly and positive impression of the country and the local population! If you need a car for rent, then contact Genti immediately, do not spend a huge amount of time, like I did, searching for a car. It was a pity for time.
